If you are reading this, you are probably considering doing a juice cleanse. You probably already know about all the benefits that you'll get from a juice cleanse, but you don't know where to start. Fear not, I have made this post to make this journey as easy as possible for you.

In this post, I will share the ideal schedule for you to follow during your juice cleanse. You will start with some hot water and lemon first thing in the morning before any juices. Adding a glass of fresh lemon water to your morning routine is beneficial for many reasons, including activating your digestive system so that nutrients are better absorbed throughout the day. From 8 am until 6 pm, you will have a glass of juice every 2 hours, and at 8 pm, you will have some dairy-free milk, hot lemon water, or herbal tea. While the times I've set for your juices are not set in stone, following this schedule as closely as possible will help ensure that you do not get too low on energy at any point during the day, but most importantly, you will always have a yummy juice to look forward to. I recommend going to bed early while on this cleanse so that you don't get tempted to indulge in some midnight snacks, but if your life requires that you burn the midnight oil, feel free to indulge in as much herbal tea as your heart desires.

I will provide you with a variety of juice recipes to try so that you don't get bored drinking the same juices all day. You are going to drink green juices, fruit juices, red juices, and lemonades throughout the day. The green juices will be made mostly of leafy greens and sweetened with fruit. The fruit juices will be made mostly of fruit, and the red juices will be a combination of fruit and vegetables, but we will get the red color by adding beets.

Tips: - Use organic ingredients to make cleaner juices.

- Prep your juices in the morning so you don't have to spend all day juicing. Your juice will remain fresh all day.

- Lean towards whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, raw nuts, legumes. You can add variety and spice to your meals with natural herbs and spices. Pass on processed foods and stay away from alcohol, gluten, added sugars, meat and dairy.

Let's look at your schedule:

- Wakeup: Hot Lemon Water

- 8 am: Green Juice (G)

- 10 am: Fruit Juice (F)

- Noon: Lemon Juice (L) or Food

- 2 pm: Red Juice (R)

- 4 pm: Green Juice (G)

- 6 pm: Fruit Juice (F) or Food
